Undamaged Items: We want you to love what you ordered, so if our product does not meet your expectations, simply email us WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT at email@example.com regarding your decision to return the item and once approved, return your unused item to us for a refund, BUT PLEASE, RETURN IT UNUSED. If your item has been used, we will not accept it and no refund or exchange will be honored. After we have approved your return via email, please send it to Wildbeaks, 5932 Midland Rd, Ste. 2, Freeland, MI 48623.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective (appears OK but does not function properly), please contact Wildbeaks by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, If the product is damaged, please include a photo of the damaged product AND a photo of the shipping package. If the product is defective, please tell us what is wrong with the product. In either case, we will send either replacement parts or a replacement product. We will then contact the manufacturer or distributor to determine if they want the product returned. If they do, we will arrange to have the product returned at our expense.
Once we have approved the return of your item, simply ship the item to Wildbeaks, 5932 Midland Rd Ste. 2, Freeland, MI 48623. We will refund the price of the product(s) you returned.
Wildbeaks is not responsible for damage to a product caused by you.
Refunds: All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or to your PayPal Account, whichever method you used when making the purchase.
